Take the Orange Pill, please!

It's not easy to orange pill people. Yet.

My journey into Bitcoin has been similar to most I think. My enrolment was in 2020 just as the halving was happening. Number go up, gonna make me some money! Let’s go! Upon further review, Bitcoin is much more than number go up as I came to learn. The more I learned about Bitcoin, the desire to tell anyone and everyone about it grew as well. If there was such a thing as a corner soapbox to stand on and tell the world about Bitcoin’s wonders, many of us would stand on it every day. There was also the added benefit of getting juicy referrals to benefit both you and those you orange pill. Those referrals sounded great at the time and were seemingly easy to come by. Only If they bought in. But wait, they’re not all so easy. Right? It took me several months to orange pill someone. It took me a long time to understand why people didn’t take my sage advice. I knew my subject or thought I did. So why were people not listening? How can they ignore the most obvious solution to the money problems I can see so clearly? Are they dumb? Do they not want to be saved from a lifetime of inflationary monetary policies? What the actual hell?

From my own experience, you will not be able to orange pill someone UNTIL you understand Bitcoin at a high level. Now that most referrals pay peanuts in comparison to what they paid a couple of years ago during the price frenzy the free cash carrot isn’t available the way it was. Even the most shrewd used car salesman would have difficulty selling some folks on Bitcoin today. The price crash plus things such as the FTX trading platform going under haven’t helped. The upside however, and yes there is an upside, is where things are at inflation-wise. It continues to eat away at our fiat stack. And it’s not going to stop anytime soon, if ever. There are fewer places to store wealth that will retain any purchasing power. It might take more pain for people to see the best option which is Bitcoin. And it might take even more pain for the really stubborn ones. The more knowledge you can continue to accumulate now, the sooner those who aren’t yet Bitcoiners will begin asking you about it. Then you can fully orange pill them. Trust the process, once they are ready, they will arrive. And you’ll be ready. Good luck.
